This was the turnkey based project one of biggest food industry project in which we used Pre-engineered and Composite construction technology with together even they want to build their 6-story high admin building with Modern steel construction. In the production area 60% part was the mezzanine floor. In fact, we have constructed labor quarters (civil building), Storage area, Guest house, ETP, Roads and parking with extreme quality and get honor of respect from the Owner.
This project also was a turnkey project having 4 story admin building attached with the shed area. We used composite construction technology to build this project. This project we built for the commercial use for the Tata Motors, we used steel in the design and construction of this project and built the whole complex including Service workshop, Showroom, Canteen, Car Parking, waiting lounge, Paint shop and Washing area with allied facilities within very less time. We made this showroom for Maruti Suzuki Arena. It was a four-wheeler showroom which we built by following composite construction technology using steel in the construction. We worked on everything that could make this showroom better in minimum time and less cost. We built Workshop Area, Showroom Area, Canteen, Car Parking, Service Bay, Waiting Area etc. with the good quality and a good experience with Lohaar.
This building was a two-wheeler showroom for Hero, having total 3 story building at back side and 3 story building in front side which we built for a commercial purpose. We used steel in the construction of this project to save money and time.
